With conventional scissors, the cut is only created when the blades slide past each other - the SlideCut follows a different principle and brings a hitherto unheard of fatigue-free cutting process to the principle of rigid-lock scissors.
On specially manufactured micro ball bearings, the upper blade of the shears slides forward when it is opened and backwards when it is closed.
