Razorock Lupo SS58 Safety Razor The Lupo 58 uses any standard double edge, 3 stage, 24 hour, vibratory finishing machine blade. It is important to note that our finishing is designed to deburr and smooth parts with minimal effect on machining tolerances. It is a tool-like finish and not a high mirror-like polish; each piece is unique (no two pieces will be identical). We don't believe in hand buffing our mechanized safety razors because it's counterproductive. We spend so much time and effort tightening tolerances that a hand grind will simply mess up these tolerances.

Razorock Lupo SS58 Safety Razor The original RazoRock Lupo was so successful with our customers that we decided it was time to create a "gen two" version milled from marine grade stainless steel.
We use a vibratory tumbling finishing process that maintains the highest possible tolerances for the blades. This means that the razors will not have a mirror finish and will not be streak free. Blades may have some milling marks or finishing marks. Razors can always be polished by the customer later, but our goal is to sell the razor with the best possible tolerances and the lowest possible price. Metal-to-metal contact of the handle snapping against the base plate will create a ring mark on the base. It is common for the handles to have micro-dents due to the polished finish.
Each razor is engraved with a unique serial number
