The 7/8 Thiers Issard Diamante Olive Wood Spartacus Hook Nosse Knife is handmade with C135 polished carbon steel on each side. Its scales are made of wood that is treated with olive wood and has notches to prevent slipping.
It presents a straight blade with a diamond engraving and gold leaf markings. For its maintenance it is advisable not to use greasy or abrasive pastes, use only dry pastes, store with Vaseline, clean the blade with hot water and dry it with a soft tissue.
It is made by the French brand Thiers Issard, which was born in 1884 and is currently one of the most important and highly recognized cutlery companies thanks to its high-quality knives and razors.
