This Herold Solingen 400mm x 45mm Leather Strop is the perfect choice for re-sharpening your razor blade. The basic concept is to re-align the nicks of the edge to avoid loss as would happen if you used the classic razor stone.
Its use is simple; downward movements must be made with the edge facing backwards and holding the strop firmly until the desired result is achieved. The canvas part is used to work with the thick part of the edge and the leather area allows to work the fine part to outline.
